Where can I buy Girl Scout products?

You can purchase most Girl Scout merchandise locally through your local Girl Scout council or council shop. Or call Customer Service, Girl Scout Merchandise, at (800) 811-9342. The online Girl Scout Shop is available 24/7 for sales of Girl Scout merchandise, including official insignia.

How can I get help with my order?

Our Customer Service hotline is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Within the United States, call (800) 811-9342. For customers outside the U.S., please email Customer Service to place orders or for questions regarding orders. 

You can also email our Customer Service team with any questions or to report technical difficulties. 

Do local Girl Scout councils have toll-free numbers?

Not all councils have toll-free numbers. On this site, the Girl Scout Council Finder provides a complete listing of Girl Scout councils, with addresses and telephone numbers.

Can I use cookie credits to place an order?

Cookie credits/cookie certificates are redeemable only at the council named on the certificate. Contact your local Girl Scout council to find out what procedures are in place.

What Girl Scout publications are available in Braille?

Translation of GSUSA program resources into Braille is complete. This includes all girl Journey Books and adult guides, all grade levels of The Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting and all Skill Building Badge Activity Sets. In addition, please also check with your local Girl Scout Council regarding loaner resource copies in Braille which may be available locally.
