Come explore Mayan Ruins in the tropical rainforest jungles of Mexico as we kayak, swim, and raft our way around!

Come join 11 other Girl Scouts on this week long adventure in beautiful Southern Mexico. We’ll be camping throughout our journey deep in the jungle next to a warm water river near Tampico. You’ll have a chance to visit a traditional Mayan-based Mexican village and shop their wares. Spend two days whitewater rafting, swim through river caves, rappel down waterfalls, all while focusing on environmental conservation.

• You’ll receive a detailed to-bring list upon registration
• You will need a passport for this journey

A $180 deposit will be due immediately upon acceptance to this event. (It's part of the event fee, not in addition to it.)

You'll need to purchase your round-trip transportation to and from Tampico, Mexico by way of our gateway city: Houston, Texas.
