You'll want to be at the Houston Hobby Center on August 3, 2013 from 9:00-11:15 a.m. (arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. for seating, doors open at 8:30 a.m.) to explore this hit Broadway show with members of the Broadway Wicked cast!

Learn music and choreography from Wicked with a national audience of Girl Scout peers. Enjoy and be inspired by a keynote address from high profile female speakers and leaders in various industries. Present a community service project for members of the broadway company and you'll have a chance to win a backstage visit! Interact with Wicked cast members and behind the scenes creative team professionals in an intimate question and answer session. Be a part of the "Which Witch" game show and learn about issues and themes found in Wicked. Attend the 2:00pm Matinee Performance of Wicked with an audience of Girl Scouts from across the country! Opportunity to earn an exclusive Wicked Girl Scout patch.

This event requires that you attend with a family member and/or advisor of your own. Bring your friends! Come as a whole troop! Remember to notify your council that you are traveling on a getaway. Ticket prices, location, content, special guests and creative team subject to change. If workshop minimum at The Hobby Center is not met, the workshop may be held at a theater or rehearsal studio in the Houston area within driving distance to The Hobby Center or alternately may need to be cancelled. Should the workshop be cancelled, you will be refunded for the workshop portion. But worry not! You’ll still have your show ticket to attend the matinee performance that day.
