Junior Girl Scout Leadership Pin Wear this pin below the Bridge to 11-14 Girl Scouts Award on the left side of the sash, placed to the right of the Girl Scout Leadership Award for Girls 11-14. The Junior Girl Scout Leadership Pin indicates leadership experiences as a Junior Girl Scout. Note: Girl Scout Leadership awards for girls 11-17 are transitioning to the Girl Scout Silver and Girl Scout Gold Leadership Awards, which will be charms. These can be worn on the charm bracelet or charm holder on the uniform.
