Environmental Events

In the spirit of girls making the world a better place, Girl Scouts of the USA invites Girl Scouts to get involved in national environmental events occurring throughout the year. Please see the 2008 Environmental Events Calendar. The calendar lists over 40 events, Web sites and conservation history.

GSUSA's Elliott Wildlife Values Project has developed national collaborations with the following partners. Girl Scout flyers or brochures have been developed for National Trails Day, National Public Lands Day and World Water Monitoring Day and can be downloaded below. Additional flyers and brochures may be made available in the coming months.
