The Women's Sports Foundation collaborates with Girl Scouts of the USA to educate girls about the importance of lifelong health and fitness behaviors while enjoying sports activities with the GoGirlGo project administered through GirlSportsSM. GirlSports, a Girl Scout initiative, encourages girls and adults to become advocates in their own community by hosting and participating in sports and fitness events for girls. From long fitness walks and basketball games in 1912 to present-day rock-climbing clinics, Girl Scouts has always encouraged girls to be active participants in sports and fitness, ultimately building self-esteem and character for years to come.

The Women's Sports Foundation is dedicated to ensuring equal access to participation and leadership opportunities for all girls and women in sports and fitness.
