Linking Girls to the Land

DOI

DOI agencies protect and preserve our nation's natural and cultural resources. GSUSA's Linking Girls to the Land program is supported by funded and in-kind partnerships with a number of DOI agencies, including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Geological Survey, and National Park Service. The program encourages girls to become involved in conservation and natural resource issues through environmental education, volunteer service, outdoor skills development and projects.

  • Read more about Linking Girls to the Land on the Environmental Protection Agency's Web site and see how the DOI's support helps Girl Scouts develop environmental consciousness and deep respect for their communities.
