About the Trip
From snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of Fiji to learning
about Māori traditions in New Zealand and immersing in the vibrant
island life of the Cook Islands, this trip is an unforgettable blend
of education and adventure. Girl Scouts will engage in hands-on
experiences, from sailing with local Fijian guides to visiting the
twilight walking tour through the magnificent Waipoua Forest.
Beyond the breathtaking scenery and thrilling
excursions, this journey is about building confidence, leadership,
and global awareness. Participants will step outside their comfort
zones with activities like ziplining, dolphin watching, and
community service projects, all while forming deep connections with
their peers. They’ll gain a greater appreciation for diverse
cultures, environmental stewardship, and the power of stepping into
new experiences with an open heart.
Whether it’s hiking through lush rainforests, exploring
glowworm caves, or enjoying a traditional hāngi dinner with a Māori
community, every day brings a new opportunity to learn, grow, and
create lifelong memories. This trip is more than a vacation—it’s an
empowering adventure that will inspire and shape young women for years
to come.
