Ford Foundation
Thanks to a generous grant, the Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) will assess the effectiveness of democratic governance within our organization to ensure that the GSUSA's governance model continues to align with its mission and empower girls at all levels. GSUSA and its research partners will assess the organizations' internal governance system, develop an assessment framework, and co-design recommendations for improvement.
