Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) is proud to partner with The Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) to offer a leadership training program for Girl Scout volunteers. This hands-on training is designed to equip volunteers with the skills to lead in everyday life with purpose and intention. Volunteers will have the unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of their unique leadership style, strengthen communication skills, and gain tools to navigate conflict, delegate effectively, and inspire the next generation of leaders from this unique Junior League training. The program will pilot in select markets beginning in 2025. Following insights gained during the pilot phase, the training will be refined and expanded for volunteers in other markets.
